One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and any resulting winnings will not be paid out.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

1 Introduction

Accounts found to belong to players under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned, but any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.


3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the Good 11 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Good 11 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will act on any accounts identified as duplicates.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Good 11 will never ask for your password through any channel. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Good 11 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within 72 hours of the withdrawal request.

Attempting to withdraw funds that were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.


5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses at Good 11 are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
  • Real money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Good 11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals during the suspension period. Good 11 will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
